Property Agents, Bradley NI, have agreed a 5,000 Sq Ft office letting to Greenview Group on a ten year term, in what is believed to be the largest office letting south of Belfast this year.
The stand-alone office building located at Carrickbrackan Business Park in Newry will host up to 30 of a staff delivering support for a variety of customers in relation to Greenview’s growing portfolio of Heating and Maintenance contracts.

Greenview’s investment in Newry at this time further emphasises Newry’s unique position as a prime commercial hub and strategic gateway for business trading between Belfast and Dublin”.
Greenview Group is growing rapidly in the Heating, Electrical and Construction related markets across the UK and Ireland and services 17,000 properties on behalf of Northern Ireland House Executive as well as having won contracts with Oaklee Housing Association in the Republic of Ireland and clients in London.
